Dan came to be my agent of choice when I sought him out after observing his proven track record in my neighbourhood. When he first visited me I was immensely gratified to learn that he actually grew up in that very neighbourhood - and as I think it’s one of the best I’ve ever lived in, it certainly speaks to who he became. Especially on the sale end I can attest that Dan knows what buyers want, encourages only the preparations that are needed to appease that buyer, and really understands the fine art of offer day and negotiations. We just recently moved from Ottawa to Burlington which was a very stressful undertaking. Working with Danny made the process alot smoother and more manageable! He was very knowledgeable about the market and was very honest with us about each and every house we went to see. His attention to detail was very impressive and he provided us with pros and cons for each property and neighbourhood in general.
