Danny and Walt have been my agents for years - selling and buying 4 houses for me over the past 20 years. The last purchase was particularly challenging - it took me over 2 years to find it (I had very specific requirements)! We made offers on a few properties before finalizing on the one we did - each one they showed the utmost integrity - providing insight and guidance, EVEN when it was against their interest (in closing the deal!) They always pointed out any concerns and earned my trust many times.  Then, when we thought the hard part was over (buying), selling my existing place proved to be another challenge. Dan came to be my agent of choice when I sought him out after observing his proven track record in my neighbourhood. When he first visited me I was immensely gratified to learn that he actually grew up in that very neighbourhood - and as I think it’s one of the best I’ve ever lived in, it certainly speaks to who he became. Danny also was mentored by one of Oakville’s finest realtors and that also shows in the high level of professionalism and dedication he has provided me in all our dealings. I interviewed at least 4 others, who without exception all betrayed some level of inexperience, unrealistic expectation, or even plain dishonesty in their pitch. Not Dan - he approaches expectations pragmatically, clearly places a high value on trust and honesty, and always made me feel heard and that my needs were important to him. You get the sense from talking and dealing with Danny that he has a high moral and ethical code, and that is so important in today’s world. He is also extremely patient with challenging and difficult issues that arise during a real estate transaction - from end to end and beyond the closing. At all times I feel like I can really count on Dan. And, having sold and bought with Dan, I can say he worked tirelessly to get me top dollar for my home sale, and then the best price to value on my subsequent home purchase. Especially on the sale end I can attest that Dan knows what buyers want, encourages only the preparations that are needed to appease that buyer, and really understands the fine art of offer day and negotiations. Danny, you have a customer for life, and I am happily referring all friends and family to you.

We just recently moved from Ottawa to Burlington which was a very stressful undertaking. Working with Danny made the process alot smoother and more manageable! He was very knowledgeable about the market and was very honest with us about each and every house we went to see. His attention to detail was very impressive and he provided us with pros and cons for each property and neighbourhood in general. We had decided to market our home in early 2023 and through word of mouth we were given Danny Latincic’s name, we didn’t have a real estate agent so we gave him a call.

We arranged an appointment and he arrived on time, nicely dressed and had a pleasant smile, exactly what you would expect from any agent.
From the onset we were both impressed with Danny in that he listened to our thoughts about selling our home offered advice on points that we hadn’t thought about because after living in a home so long you take for granted even some of the most obvious selling features. He did a thorough inspection of our home and property and left promising to get back within forty eight hours with a market value for listing purposes.
