Walt Dalziel has been in the Real Estate business since the Seventies!

His first 18 years were spent as a Mortgage lender/ Bank Manager and since 1994, buying and selling homes for valued clients is his passion.

His easy going style works well for both buyers and sellers taking the stress out of an often exasperating procedure and makes it a REAL pleasurable rewarding experience.

"My goal is to have a totally satisfied client at the end of the process...nothing else matters!" This sums up Walt's commitment to the process.

Clients have come back time and time again because they feel very comfortable with his style, his 'feel' and his in- depth knowledge for trends and most importantly the street smarts that many agents just don't possess at the negotiation table.

In 2001, he completed a BCOMM at Ryerson University, worked in the finance sector, and followed that with 10 years in sales. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2008 and decided to make the move to Real Estate as he has always been passionate about the industry.
